Bill Andrews, Co-Founder, General Partner, Managing Member
Regenerant Housing Partners is co-founded by Bill Andrews, who spent over 23 years at Equity Resource Investments, with nearly half of his tenure as Head of Acquisitions. In 2023, Bill transitioned from that partnership to focus exclusively on affordable and workforce housing.
During his time at ERI, Bill sourced and/or led the acquisition of affordable housing platform and portfolio investments representing over $300 million in equity. These investments include interests in over 50,000 affordable units, with an aggregate gross value exceeding $3 billion. Additionally, he sourced and led investments totaling over $130 million in equity to support the growth of a large-scale owner of market-rate apartments.
Beyond his investment expertise, Bill has provided strategic guidance to multiple owner/operators through his roles on various investment committees and boards of directors. He also has significant experience with multiple asset classes, focusing particularly on complex and illiquid investment structures.
Bill holds a B.A. from The College of St. Rose and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law. He serves on the board of the Beacon Communities Charitable Fund.

Bryn Zeckhauser, Co-Founder, General Partner, Managing Member
Regenerant Housing Partners is co-founded by Bryn Zeckhauser. Prior to founding Regenerant, Bryn became first female partner in Equity Resource Investment’s (ERI) 40-year history. During her 16-year tenure, Bryn chaired the Management Committee (and predecessor Operating Committee), which oversaw all strategic and operating decisions for the firm, served as a member of the Investment Committee and led Business Development. In this period, ERI grew from an AUM of approximately $100 million to over $1.5 billion. Bryn left ERI in 2024 with the goal of building her own firm.
Prior to ERI, Bryn worked for McKinsey & Company, for the vice chairman of a Fortune 100 financial services company, and for venture firm Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and one of its portfolio companies.
Bryn’s co-authored business book, How the Wise Decide, draws upon discussions with 21 national and international figures including the CEOs of Goldman Sachs, Blackstone and Starbucks, a prime minister and a Supreme Court justice to distill critical lessons for business success. The book has been translated into 11 foreign languages.
Bryn holds an A.B. degree magna cum laude in economics from Harvard College, and an M.B.A. with distinction from Harvard Business School, where she won the Robert Jasse award for entrepreneurship & leadership. She serves on the Corporation of The Winsor School and on the board of the Beacon Communities Charitable Fund.
